Any Double Stroller Suggestions?!

Since we're going to have 2 under 2 we're going to need a double stroller.  I've been trying to do some research and some of these things are just ridiculous! We are not going to pay $450 for a stroller.  Something that works for an infant as well as a toddler would be ideal.  I keep scoping out the ones I see in the mall that look really cool, but I think they are probably the $450+ models.  It needs to be something that we can actually travel with since we'll be flying every so often.  Any suggestions? Or should I just go with an umbrella stroller and the Graco we have now and never take the two of them out on my own.

  1. we love ours, but it was expensive. $500 or so. A Phil and Teds. I know it's a lot, but given our circumstances necessary - we live in a city that has small shops and terrible roads, so we needed an "off-road" type stroller with big, air-filled wheels, and also one with a small footprint. The Phil and Ted's was worth every penny, since we walk far more often than we drive. Double strollers can be unwieldy, and so you want a high quality. The Phil and Ted's doesn't fold down terribly small, though, so if you are wanting to fly or something with it, then you should probably stick with an umbrella stroller (MacLaren?) and a babycarrier for the little one.

Very light weight, inexpensive, works when kids are older too...LOVE this stroller and took it all the way to Africa and back. It was a life saver. Good luck!

  3. We have a sit-n-stand that we love. The baby's carseat can hook on also. But honestly, I used the moby wrap for the baby and just held my toddler's hand most of the time.
